The World Championship Hot Wing Contest & Festival (WCHWCF) has been a mainstay for many of Memphians, as well as hot wing aficionados from around the world, bringing great food, music and fun in a one-day event held at the popular venue River Garden Park. The WCHWCF is ready to expand to a two-day, world-class event featuring competitive teams from around the world and a music festival. The WCHWCF is a featured event brought to you through a partnership with The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis, Memphis Tourism, and the Kansas City BBQ Society. The WCHWCF will return in full form in the Spring of 2024.
Partnerships
The World Championship Hot Wing Contest and Festival’s partnership includes The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis, Memphis Tourism, and the Kansas City BBQ Society which boasts an extensive social media platform with a very broad reach. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of this local, regional, and national exposure. Your brand name will run on the media thrust of the partnership aggregate total and reach millions of people with many millions of impressions.
Kansas City Barbeque Society
Also included in this sponsorship opportunity is national exposure reach from our partner the Kansas City Barbeque Society, the largest food competition sanctioning group in the world. KCBS has over 21,000 members and sanctions 86 international events and has members in over 46 countries. KCBS has over 2,200 member judges across the world globe and has a media reach of over 376 million hits, with 5.6 million impressions, and 1.7 million in website activity. Kansas City Barbeque Society is committed to contributing and making the WCHWCF a huge success.

Finally, the mission of the WCHWCF is to benefit exclusively The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis. To date Wings Over Memphis, a 501c3 nonprofit corporation has contributed over $300,000 to the RMH Charities of Memphis.
